RULES

Make any dish that is delicious, creative, and healthy for your eyes!
Your dish must relate to the theme listed above. We left it open to your interpretation.
Your dish must include nutritional food. We recommend checking out this blog article for inspiration on what ingredients you could incorporate:
- "The Relationship Between our Diet and Eye Health" by Shonekaa Suthaaharan
- "Foods and Nutrients and Eye Health" by the WiF Team

WHAT YOU WILL SUBMIT

We are accepting submissions from April 10-25, 2021.
You are to submit TWO photos in total:
- ONE photo of the process
- ONE photo of the finished product
- IMPORTANT: Make sure to place a slip of paper in the photos with the words "Cook and Bake WiF Us"!
You will also submit a 50-100 word explanation describing your dish, ingredients, and how it relates to the theme.

AFTER SUBMISSION

The winners of the contest will be decided through anonymous polls! We will be posting all entries on our Instagram and Facebook pages, where you will be able to vote for your favourite dishes.
